By using W¿LL, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity under your account. You may not create multiple accounts or use the Service to manipulate ratings.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant W¿LL a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service. You agree not to submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
4. Rating Integrity
Ratings must be submitted in good faith from or near the venue being rated. GPS validation is used to verify location. Manipulation of ratings is a material breach of these Terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
- Using automated scripts or bots
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Harassing other users
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Venue information is user-generated and may not be accurate. Always verify venue details directly.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bokaq Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in Fulton County, Georgia.
